Dispute over commission payouts, withheld right before Christmas as punishment for 1 office absence despite no previous issues (worked from home that day).
Management indifference towards concerns, dismissive attitudes, and unfulfilled promises of resolution.
Lack of opportunities for advancement, management's lack of vision and investment in employee development.
Communication issues within the company, with a unprofessional environment and culture.
Overall advice: Toxic atmosphere, lack of value for employees, and limited opportunities for growth!

Stop being so unprofessional.
Reward the hard working sales guys accordingly, not manipulating the commission plan to make things unachievable.
Don't lie to your staff about potential direction/opportunity with no intention to promote/improve an individual.
My line manager made me feel like I wasn't ready to move up as I basically wasn't good enough, yet it's really funny how I'm in a higher job both paying me more and increasing my responsibilities!

Like other reviews there is a massive blame culture. Blame the newest or the weakest. No investigation into failings and just like to point the finger. No advice taken on board. Only cave on decisions when push came to shove. Silo'd teams caused conflict. HR team member stuck by a person of interest to the police for an unusual interest in children.
