Las demás filiales desconozco su funcionamiento. Esta empresa, “vende mucho humo”, ella misma se “echa flores”, diciendo que es de lo mejor que hay en el mercado y no hay nadie que haga las cosas mejor que ellos y eso es pura ficción. Es una empresa mediocre, que no cumple con los principios que promulga, si puede te explota, de conciliación familiar, nada. Desconfianza por todos lados. Pura hipocresía. Como ejemplo decir que en los últimos 3 / 4 años han abandonado la empresa por: despido, licencias, excedencias, cambio de empresa, etc. mas de 15 Jefes de Estación. Tanta inestabilidad, de personal, significa algo. En mi caso, por pedirme dos licencias no retribuidas prácticamente seguidas 21/08/2017 – 31/01/2018 y 14/03/2018 – 31/05/2018, para acompañar a mi madre, ya que necesita compañía, me despiden el 12/03/2018, dos días antes de disfrutar de mi segunda licencia, la cual la iba a dedicar a estar pendiente de una persona mayor.
