The culture is horrific. Management have no respect for employees or customers and are brazen, shameless and ruthless in the way they operate and behave. Customers treated badly by company which affects morale of workers who actually want to do a decent job. There's so many customer issues and complaints with nothing in place to be able to resolve them. Systems are a total shambles. Pressurised, chaotic, stressful environment with zero support from line manager. Very high work load and a lot of responsibility expected for the low pay and woefully inadequate initial "training". High staff turnover, upset, stressed colleagues.

Ok Job for those trying to get their foot in a door.

Not what i thought it was going to be. I was roped in with promises of management progression and quarterly bonuses. This job is not for you if you are use to working an office job. You're basically a glorified cleaner/receptionist which was NOT the selling point of this job. Looking for a new job already. this is not a lifelong commitment type job.

I would say it’s a good place to learn how to take initiative and making decisions even though you have to go through multiple levels of approval which is complicated.

No regard for staff and clients

This company bleeds the clients dry. Charge for everything. Always adding extra charges. Takes forever to get an error corrected. Even then it's not fully corrected.
Staff (if you can call one or two people to run a center a staff) is overworked. A lot is expected of them and not properly compensated.
A terrible environment for both the clients
and for the employees
