Having worked in large institutions for many years, it was nice to move to a smaller firm. The ability to be nimble and build quicker means they have a strong future. An impressive CEO, reminds me of when Schroders took Peter Harrison. Young with a refreshing outlook to build. The staff are willing to engage and embrace change and freedoms of thought. There is not just a willingness to work, but to learn and improve. Clients and potential clients should hear that.
