Morning checkin doing hospital routines accordingly to ensure staffing is well catered for patients admin is done according National and International Standards.

It was a very demanding yet fun place to work.
|
I totally loved working at mediclinc. What I found to be unfair was that, yes mediclinc paid well but they still managed to pay me less than what I was supposed to be getting for a fully trained scrubbed sister and for the work that I did.
I tried to raise it with HR and I was only discouraged and I found myself leaving the company. And they knew very well that I was a dedicated hard worker, I felt completely let down because there was no room to be heard. That time you’re training their staff, arriving earlier than official time and there’s no theatre surgeon that doesn’t appreciate working with you.
