There are no pros at all.

- Last minute deadlines that are unachievable just before you go on annual leave or the weekend (work until late - 9/10/11pm)
- Slow HR grievance process
- Awful senior management
- No training opportunities or in house guidance
- No development options or routes
- No processes in place that actually work or benefit the company or employee
- Nobody knows what they’re doing
- Poor salary
- Do not care about mental health or work related stress
- Work you to the ground and expect everything from you with no recognition / award
- Hire incompetent people
- Stressful environment with stressful people
Avoid if you want to progress with your career and have a healthy work / life balance.

If you want to be bullied by Management team who only employs people from Glasgow , micromanaged, do 3 people job
without any extra compensation and single appreciation then it is perfect place for you. Good luck with this trap! I am still trying to heal from my traumas after working here for a year.
