The atmosphere not good staff stressed. It used to be a good company to work for but now benifits gone staff treated poorly. Older staff told to sell contract and operate on new lesser pay one . Attitude is if you don’t like go ? No communication with managers just bully tactics. Colleagues handling complex pay queries and sensitive data are paid minimum wage whilst listening to the CEO make speeches about high profits in his designer shirts. Payroll is unreliable, and management are cliquey. It is a stable job, but it doesn’t feel rewarding.
