You can move around and do different things Highly toxic work environment. The redundancy process was handled appallingly, and again right before Christmas. Leadership are silent and no direction currently exists. People are being worked into the ground, receiving a blanket 3% pay rise and again appalling bonus. People are resigning weekly There are currently so many negatives. It’s a huge shame because although metro has always been a bit toxic there was lots of fun and upsides. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 1.0 2.0 1.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 3.0 4.0 1098641 Open -They need to turn this around quickly because there is zero confidence in the leadership or company as whole; employee morale and mental health are declining greatly -Stop working everyone into the ground. It comes about because you do not have working practices in hood order. It’s chaotic with so much waste around time, money and resource. - Hire better people to lead in management roles. We need serious experience on board - The bonus was an insult. Do better. If the first thing they try doesnt work, "we've done all we can") - Nowhere to progress to if you dont want to pursue management - No processes in place to support colleagues with disabilities. (Not a safe space for anyone with anyone with a neurodivergent condition, not even a true process in place to support them). - If you dont adapt, you drown. Its as simple as that. Theyre willing to support until its slightly inconvenient for them, and then you best pray youre not targetted to be "managed out" as they put it. - Eventually the pay doesnt feel worth the mental toll. - "Culture" is very toxic in some regard -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 1098641 Open Develop real strategy to support your colleagues. If you want growth? Invest in the team that will bring you it. If you take care of the colleagues, they will take care of the customers. And not just when theyre doing a great job, stop playing favourites. Help the ones who clearly need it. Really work with them and want to do it. "Nuture" them as you put it and be consistent. Its all good and well to say "this process is in place to support x" when you never truly stick to it, and are constantly looking for something new to pick them up on. If you tell me "this is something we have in place to support you" I expect it at all times, not just when its convenient for the day. Be. Consistent. (And hire managers that wont be arguing with each other constantly, and biting each others backs.
