Great team of trainees on the programme.

Poor trainee system, suggests constant monitoring and mentoring however this is not the case. They will assess you against the other trainees on day 1. Unfair trainee system as people with less experience are already targets and vulnerable. Also with regards to mentors you do not get one until the second half of the programme.

I regret to inform potential employees and stakeholders that my experience at MW was deeply disappointing and disturbing on multiple fronts.
MW cultivates a toxic environment where the most basic principles of respect and dignity are frequently trampled upon. Sexual harassment is not just an occasional occurrence but a pervasive problem all the way from the very top and there is no room to reach out to HR as they are not on your side. The management turns a blind eye to these behaviors and tells you to use it to your advantage.
Moreover, casual racism & sexism runs rampant within the organization, with discriminatory attitudes and behaviors going unchecked.
There are often threats of disciplinary action for the slightest deviation from the arbitrary standards set by management. This authoritarian approach fosters an atmosphere of anxiety and insecurity among employees, stifling creativity and innovation.
In addition to these cultural issues, MW places an unsustainable burden on its employees with an unreasonably high workload. Staff members are expected to perform huge feats of productivity with minimal resources and support, leading to burnout, mental health issues and loss of amazing team members.
To add insult to injury, employees are grossly underpaid for the level of work expected of them, driving away talented individuals and perpetuating a cycle of high turnover.
Prospective employees beware: entering this den of inequity may come at the cost of your well-being and integrity.

No training opportunities given, rude people, no work culture, salary could be higher, patronising upper management, weird comments about my appearance made by people in the team, really unprofessional environment which made working there so difficult.

Worked at MW for 6 years. Was promised bonuses based on project work completed but was then told “Sorry, we can’t give you a bonus.” Lost all faith in the integrity of the company at this point. Words mean little.
Any potential employee should ensure everything they offer is put in writing or they will back track.
Pay rises are poor and overall pay is far below market value.
