The other person who wrote about benefits being rubbish is right. Pension % is bare minimum, I got 5% in my first job in like 2007, they give 3%.
There are 2 pensions assume the masses get the People's Pension and "others" get Royal London.
The hardware provided is a bit rubbish, but I rarely leave home so not too much of a problem.
There are only white men in all the "chief" roles. In the 3 years I have been here, no women have come in bar the HR Manager Mandi in any type of leadership.
Multiple promises of share scheme have come to nothing. Former CEO mentioned it in a call in like mid 2022 and 2 years later 10 times people have asked in CEO calls, nothing.

Benefits are an embarrassment. 2*Life assurance, limited on pension to minimum 3% and only on qualified earnings (upto £50K) so if you earn £64K you do not get 3% on the £14K. No private health care, they list eye tests as a benefit, er excuse me that's a legal requirement for VDU usage!
Too many white middle aged male staff, all the Chief officers are white, male, middle aged and been with the company varying from a minimum of 10 years to 29 years. There is no progression at all it would seem for women. The highest placed woman I believe is Head of Project Management.
We sell SaaS solutions but use on premise windows, not 365, we don't drink our own Kool-aid. There are plans to change that after they had a massive 1 day total outage last summer which meant people had to text each other.
