Great place to work to begin with but became a toxic environment with lack of career progression where people in the Bulgaria office were favoured for promotion. A lot of secrecy amongst management and too many managers in London when they could be based anywhere.

I'm really enjoying the welcoming atmosphere and flexibility at Paysafe. The work-life balance is excellent, and the social benefits and opportunities for growth make it a great place to work. Everyone has been incredibly supportive, making my start here very positive.

Adapting to all the systems and processes has been challenging, but manageable with the help from colleagues. However, I do feel there could be more opportunities for home office days to further enhance work-life balance and employee satisfaction.

Cut some rotten eggs for OLT and the C level. You can’t have the expectation of employees working harder and over performing when you insult everyone in a call and then tell them that they aren’t worth a bonus payout - and then expect them to be motivated by your poor ethics.
