Hours can be flexible if you get the right manager.

Animals are coming in from breeding sites which are supposed to pass health regulations, but we are seeing more and more ill animals that are having to be treated medically for illness.
Rotas are changed without notice and you can lose hours, no one will tell you.
You are not valued as a colleague, you are seen as an easily replaceable individual who is only there to increase bonus for the Higher Ups at head office by working towards impossible goals with Subs and App Signups.
