Good company to work for, with decent renumeration.

Lots of travel to support CMs, leaving insufficient time for role admin functions like team 121s , appraisals, and personal training and development. Insufficient senior management support despite requests. Company culture-Unprofessional behaviour from some seem to be excused, even encouraged.

Pension after two years went up to 11%. During Covid they paid a taxi to transport me to and from work. Always got advent calendars and Easter eggs during holidays.

Management did not listen to me seriously, or head my advice. I felt bullied and hr guidance was not followed and it was too late by the time I realised for me to do anything about it. I felt unvalued and ignored.
