Horrendous management

Honestly there really isn't any
|
Terrible pay, no room to move up, management is awful, lack of communication and senior managers hate each other and use employees as scape goats to send messages between them. Everyone hates the management. Everyone expected to do loads of overtime regularly. Managing Director is a bully and takes his moods out on staff like a child. Avoid at all costs.
