Outdated techniques for sales, bad product in terms of technology, insanely disorganized, constantly changing rules/protocol, severe lack of healthy communication, the overseas team is rigid and uncollaborative, the IT team is understaffed and overworked, the 'training' I received was haphazard at best and I left the company still not knowing about 70% of what I should have known. It’s resulted in mass exodus.
