People/ HR team lack transparency, communication, emotional intelligence, trauma awareness.
We all know the saying "HR is not your friend" but this particular one tends to gaslight and mislead people. They are incredibly slow and inefficient with their processes and very careless in terms of documentation and facts. Full of inaccuracies.
If things go down and they get confronted they would even attempt a DARVO and projection.

They look after their employees very well. If anyone ever had a mental or physical health problem, or family issue, Rathbones would be very supportive.
The work-life balance is good.
Rathbones very much cares about the client's best interests.

A small number of people are concerned with empire-building and can be rude, though most people are very nice.
There's a lot of wasted time at the company, with people doing things that are then blocked by the excessive conservatism of parts of the business.
