I Have worked for RI for over 8 years and have worked my way into a senior management position. Over the years I have had a great work-life balance and just enjoyed my time here.

Service Tech job is great, independent of your run, not too much responsibility as long as you do a quality job you are okay. Good flexible workplace.
Management are not very supportive in the higher levels, unable to make fast decisions and lack communication skills, middle management and staff do the best they can.

It Was Fun At first. But the work load starts to get heavy! The Constant Emails about changes! UNDER PAID AND OVERWORKED! PEOPLE IN OFFICE DONT KNOW WHAT OUR DAYS ARE LIKE OUT IN THE FIELD! Constantly wanting you to push for sales and leads, WHILE YOU TAKE A SMALL PERCENTAGE! Basically RUN YOU IN THE DIRT MAKE THEM RICH AND YOU GET 20 on a 2k Sale. After a while it gets overwhelming! It’s Not all bad, but it’s Not all Good either! They will mess up, but expect you to fix it! This is an UP TO YOU REVIEW! This definitely should pay At least 21 an hour. With or without experience! This job is to make the company Richer!

They paid hourly which is average compared to the rest of the industry. Did have good benefits and management was okay. Overtime was available to help supplement your pay.
