Scam cover-up or do they not know...?

Some people know about the scam products and try to help but 90% give up because upper management does not listen because of money loss if help for change is given. Good concept for safety but poorly executed Some other employees Australia living and better English education I am great full for the opportunity to work and some good people on my teams that help so 3 stars.

Products do not work alot of the time. Forward Camera 70% of the time does not even show. Driver Face Camera creates fake events more than real events and it is delicate and breaks easy. Drivers move it because they are annoyed by fake events so it does not alert them. Then upper management blames the customers instead of the bad product. Good employees who try to help just leave because they are not allowed to help even in small ways by upper management. Customers are not knowing the products do not work or the real % before it is too late and get frustrated alot. Racist and sexist upper management talks down to lower level employees and says racist things to non natives when they think no one can hear them, see emails, or messages on Teams. You can see how obvious the racism is when you see how different people are talked to. Sexist people are not just men it is some women too that are bad to women. I see that too if you listen to how some girls are talked to especially the girls that are foreign. Upper employees do not know products do not work as much as advertised. Upper management knows the problems and does not encourage communication for 247Support and 247Guardian Center with the rest of the company so they can save money ignoring the problems happening and just blame on lower level employees, customers, or technicians. People on Visas feel trapped because they will be deported so they can not leave. That is the entry level beginning jobs I know of only. Too much work given to low employees that is stressful and not their job. Some people do not work and pretend they do. Upper management does not fire or hire the right people who van do or are not even doing their job because they do not even know what lower people do. I really do not even know what some upper management people do besides answer emails from more important people and guve their work to others. If that is not the case I would be very surprised and would like a breakdown of some people and their work. No sick, mental health, or personal days for my department. PTO is taken from you instead even if you did not want that. I wish I could leave the job but I have child in this country so I can not because it is hard to find a job with not very good English and in school. With so many problems with the products and processes the upper management keeps trying to fix other things that do not need to be fixed. If it is not broken... why fix it...

Let the people under you be listened to please. The majority of people under you just want your to do your job or you to be fired. I never hear about Paul but he must not care the product is bad because he does not talk to us. He does not want to hear it and keep pretending or he does not know how bad it is because the people under him do or tell him so they do not lose there jobs.
