Unprofessional behavior bullying, intimidation that’s the review! The only pro i can think of is the medical benefits and meeting clientele. Management is terrible in san jose ca !!!! I am appalled at the culture they have . Toxic workplace environment,host of bullying , intimidation unprofessional and racist . They allow inappropriate behavior to happen in their watch.I reported intimidation harassment and bullying to management upper management including documentation with Hr but nothing was done and have spoken to previous employees who have experienced the same thing .. There’s high turnover rate. A revolving door of employees.They have been violating procedures and i reported this to upper management and hr and they instead let me go before my 90 day was up because i was speaking up . Switching from a good company to this one was rough. I used to get an $800 Christmas bonus from our old employer. We were hoping when Signature took over they'd perhaps advance the company, maybe make our work conditions safer. We were wrong. The only pro is the Clientele. I have never encountered a workplace where the management was so clueless, uniformed on who their employees are, or where the leadership was non-existent. They do like being “boss” though. I was there for 3+ years and management just kept getting worse. The GM has no presence physically, or personality. There is a fast moving revolving employee door at this FBO. Not surprised since there’s a management team with no accountability, no presence, no real work ethic, and mistreatment of their employees. They don’t remove obstacles so the employees can work as a team. They remove obstacles for themselves and ONLY themselves. Go for a visit and talk to the few lingering employees.
