Avoid This Company
Some Travel I guess? But Still not worth the cons!
Simigon was a catastrophic case study in corporate mismanagement, marked by a profound absence of effective leadership and organization. The company’s woes stemmed from its glaring failures on multiple fronts, leaving a trail of disgruntled employees and investors in its wake.
At the heart of Simigon’s downfall was its woefully inept leadership. The CEO, widely regarded as a total idiot by both insiders and industry observers, demonstrated a staggering lack of strategic vision and managerial competence. His erratic decision-making and inability to grasp the complexities of the business landscape only exacerbated the company's problems.
Adding insult to injury, Simigon routinely failed to pay its employees, betraying a shocking disregard for basic corporate responsibilities. This not only eroded morale within the workforce but also fueled a sense of mistrust and disillusionment among stakeholders.
The company’s organizational structure was equally chaotic, with departments operating in silos and communication channels marred by dysfunction. This lack of cohesion hindered productivity and stifled innovation, further contributing to Simigon's downward spiral.
In the end, Simigon’s demise serves as a cautionary tale about the perils of poor leadership, organizational dysfunction, and a culture of neglect. It underscores the importance of effective governance and ethical stewardship in safeguarding the interests of employees, investors, and the broader business community.

Never a good time to talk about pay raises
Travel, small group, constant contracts
You have to fight for a yearly pay raise, if you get one. Could not keep a Program Manager for very long. Must have gone through 5 in my time.

Can't get a raise if they deny you a yearly review
Good people, small company vibes where everyone knows everyone, travel
They don't pay what you're worth and will exploit you if they can. Denied giving me reviews until year 2. I even gained new roles and responsibilities and got minimal.

Great Experience!
I really enjoy working at SimiGon! My coworkers are very friendly and upper management is pretty direct with what they expect. You are given plenty of freedom and are not micro managed. The company is heading in the right direction, which is exciting. I am definitely comfortable in the office and I can't wait to see what the future brings!
The office can seem small at times as coworkers travel.

Small, professional team in beautiful Maitland Florida. Excellent HR support and leadership. Opportunity to work with and develop training using latest VR and XR hardware and other advanced technologies. Challenging and engaging day-to-day. Friendly work environment that literally feels like family.

Travel (domestic and international) is sometimes required to install systems on-site, or to provide customer support and training. Working in smaller teams occasionally necessitate performing non-project tasks in support of BD and marketing, although these often can be enjoyable diversions.
