Terrible support from this company.

Lovely support from DUTY Managers.
|
Higher management only care about money.
Even worse if being made redundant, patronising, sarcastic and heartless.
Took over 8 months before they made a decision, also on top of Christmas, no thought for impact it would have or even any options for employment around Serco.
Understand its a difficult time due to Covid 19. However end result was rather clear.
No support from higher management as never felt they was fully interested with any issues I had.
Look elsewhere for a more kind approached company.
