Management is not versed professionally on how production jobs are done a result in program improvements to system making it more difficult for both workers and customers to accomplish their goals.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great people to work for, Serco never permits any disrespect for employees. Great pay.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never really been under stress at serco. They treat you like family.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awesome, every employee is treated equally.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is seasonal, but when I was there I was a ESW and looked over documents consumers would send in and make calls as required.

Adecco and Serco are the best company I have ever worked with. Working for Serco I had the most easiest job. Zero stress level, amazing management however the rate pay is minimum per economy.

If youâre looking for a job to bridge a gap of employment or something with little responsibility and no take home stress then Serco has plenty of them opportunities. It is a casual work place (from home) but with strict-ish KPIs. Quite a bit of expectation but equally as casual.

Most of my colleagues do what we can with what we've got it can be very hard and very stressful work home balance is not a thing I see more of my colleagues than I do my family for what we do pay is shocking your get more pay and probably more respect working as a cleaner

What is the best part of working at the company?
Honestly, meeting a few decent people.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is zero training provided. The biggest complaint with the âanonymous surveysâ is that people didnât understand what they were supposed to be doing and they werenât trained on anything they were hired for. Nobody understood with their job actually was.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Itâs a manâs world. They would not develop me into the position they hired me for, gave me scraps of work for everybody that was quitting, then when I left all the management/men that screwed me over ended up leaving the company as well. They wouldâve had a very dedicated program manager that would have been very loyal and hard-working.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sitting around waiting for somebody to tell you what youâre supposed to be doing, and being watched every second buy some of the men in management so they could complain about anything possible about you.
