Still very top heavy with a large number of banded staff (the promotion list is testament to that). And there’s still a push to cut cost (circa $1b) but you don’t really see that many more banded staff being cut. Would advise anyone to think twice about joining
Lack of space in offices resulting in us having to travel incredibly far to Changi office which is extremely noisy to work in
Poor / zero increment
Management / HR can’t make up their mind if a bell curve exists when rating performance. HR says none, but management says there is.
A lot of talk about psychological safety - not widely practiced esp among some bosses
