Interview shambolic and disrespectful

Seemed to be giving young and inexperienced people their first try at a senior international type role

I only interviewed here but as described it was shambolic and so disrespectful to anyone interviewing here for what was quite a senior/ strategic role. Most of the premise of the interview was totally changed last minute.
It was billed as a final stage interview but I was told almost immediately that there would be another part at a later date. I was asked in the previous interview, which was very short due to the number of people they were having at each stage, to complete some preparation tasks which were then almost ignored when in person. The main part of the interview had multiple people (SR management) interrupt by coming into the room who needed to be there from the start so I had explain the question as I was answering it and explain other answers from previous questions, which is jarring for everyone involved. I was the final interviewer or second to last so they looked exhausted and would loudly exclaim for their need of a coffee during my presentation portion. It sounds pretty hilarious if it wasn't my future involved or the fact I'd done hours of prep, took a day off work and drove 4 and half hours to be there and would have the same drive back that day.
It was clear the senior management present there who were all based far from the office hardly come in so wanted to get as many interviews on the one day as possible so as not to have to re-live that day again. They had promised I'd meet the CEO which I didn't. Just overall a terrible way to conduct themselves as people or a business, you surely have to remember when you interviewed and the basic dignities a person deserves who is coming to interview at your company.
Luckily for me I'm in pretty much a dream job now, a similar to the one I applied but at a great company and I am paid more than this role advertised. However, this may not always be the story and it can't excuse terrible and unprofessional behaviour.

Conduct yourselves with basic courtesies everyone deserves. On top of that the medical industry is small. We may all meet in another capacity through our working lives. Most of the people interviewed there looked like the SR management of the future.

None - avoid at all costs - they don’t care about flexibility and want to get business at any cost, even if you have to proposition the customer.

Completely fraudulent work practices and really don’t care about the integrity of their work or employees. Set up this company on back of liquidation of another company. Left their suppliers high and dry including destroying peoples lives and don’t care.
