Hired too many overpaid unskilled “managers” after MCO and underpay the good employees who does the real work. Environment used to be really good but it’s getting more and more toxic. Too many new people do the talking job and get nothing done at the end.
Someone who boasted an improvement project with no positive result in an improvement competition could win the first prize.
Too many empty promises from top management.
