Also, from D&I perspective, the company really embraces the importance of diversity, which is great to see. Additionally, fairly decent working flexibility (for head office roles obviously, don't expect that in a branch). Completely clueless leadership, from mid-senior level to C-suite. The whole company is like a massive elephant trotting down the hill and unable to stop because of its mass but with no sense of direction or understanding of the environment it is in. Bad decisions are followed by more bad decisions. The key teams and people in the business are being decimated under the slogan of reducing operational cost because the people making the decisions have no understanding of the importance of the contributions of those teams. And when your team (now the 50%-30% of its previous size) is not performing to its previous standards, you're told to "work smarter". Sacking the CEO might be the step in the right direction, but honestly what can one person who's just a figure head do. The whole C and D level leadership needs to be completely replaced if that business is ever going to get better. Ah, and if you do care about getting paid what you're worth, think again.
