Can be a good job if your in the right store with a family feel but and it’s becoming a big but.... New CEO only cares about numbers (as he’s was the accountant) the same as all high level managers have become. The stress they are putting on stores and their mangers during a pandemic is disgraceful and expecting stores to run like normal will full hours during a lockdown with budget and targets the same with area managers pushing sales like every think is norm They are honestly living in a dream world! Topps have long hours at the best of times with being a cleaner, salesperson, delivery unloading and reloading, customer service, stock counter and many over jobs you are expected too do for what is basically minimum wage. Family feel in stores. They run people out of the company for no reason and even made us sack a member of our team for no reason. I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy You meet some truly amazing people. Worked to high levels of detail and felt rewarded. Was pretty much no restriction on duties as long as i was able to complete the tasks in high tonrequired leve. What you put in is what you get back. Great training, I went in with no prior knowledge to telling traders and customers what they need to tile correctly. Small teams create a family environment which can really make a difference to your working life. Commission and bonus payouts dont come without hard graft which is understandable. Work/life balance is great compared to my previous jobs.
