Well set up company, great pension scheme, friendly environment, experienced teams and department heads. Long-serving staff familiar with processes in place. 'No-blame culture' most of the time. Strong focus and embrace on diversity and inclusion.

Poor interdepartmental communication resulting in frustration on both sides. Information sharing is poor even within same departments. Poor compensation package compared to other similar sized companies in the industry. Benefits offered aren't useful for everyone.
