Great people, all of the enginners and staff are really great to work with and very professional. The 4 day working week was also a plus!

Lots of change at the moment, no-one knows what is going to happen to the business very uncertain times. The Senior management team has totally changed and so could the culture.

- A lot of BS'ers reached high positions in the company and walked us into chaos. - Directors and customer success were easily duped into building fake features. - Building a product with very little real customer demand feels pointless and a waste of investors money. - Forget about career progression - It will be promised but no action taken. - Lack of parity. - Not much respect between Sheffield and Belfast. Always feels like a "us and them" situation with people competing over contributing to codebases or being disrespectful.
