Very flexible working.
Agile and progressive with industry. Not state-of-the-art like a start-up but there is scope to move forward if you're willing to drive the change.

Pay/bonuses aren't particularly competitive in the current market.
It takes 2 good annual reviews to qualify for a pay raise/promotion. And performance reviews are only carried out on an annual basis as a Global operation which isn't great when Divisions are independent somewhat.
