Every quarter you must grate yourself and team by A-B-C-D-F level (direction from good to worst), where 'C' - is all planes is done to time and your team has a good feedback from customers (who didn't like waste the time for answer) - well done, good for you, but no benefits. 'B' - if your backlog tasks complete over 150% and it get only good ground to increase your salary (without a guarantee). 'A' -... well.... If you some uniqual person like a Steve Jobs and create some new service (in your free time) and it change a business and increase productivity and etc - 'A' it's your grate...
