The people I work for was pretty lay break and easy going. The job was not hard and had one day remote per week.
|
When I got there were little to no work half of the time. The culture was too lax and pretty much could come in anytime or do anything. Making it seem like most of the jobs there was pointless. They remove the job under two months after starting. I could had keep my last job which was a contract in a business session which I started this job. The one day remote from home never came about. They didn’t have the system in place for my position to work from home. I would stay away from this company with the lack of respect to new employees and thinking it’s okay to hire people to just remove the position because they think there will be work in the future.

Old People who have no idea how to run a 2022 business

Absolutely zero. Thought for at least 20 minutes on any positives and couldn't come up with a single one.
|
NO WORK FROM HOME MODEL. They act like they're throwing you a bone by letting you work from home MAYBE once per week but you have to "prove" you can... in a post COVID world.... how does that make ANY sense? This place is just a bunch of seniors and retirees not understanding how to market themselves to new youthful talent. It's a company that's destined to close in a year, maybe 2.
Pay is also abysmal. Run as fast and as far away as possible.

Some employees were great to work with, was able to gain experience in the field, and a nice cafe and cafe staff
|
Many promises made but not fulfilled, company as a whole clearly cheap and okay with cutting corners, couldn't really trust anyone in management or HR
