A bulk of the employees are stuck in their ways and would like to keep the company as it currently functions. Not suitable for millennials or Gen Z Very mature work environment. Old fashioned ethics. The company is very stable, but stubbornly traditional. Very low tech and with a bellow average PC literacy. Management is very old fashioned, prioritizing physical presence over performance. Low expectations overall. Very laid-back environment where there is minimal pressure to perform. Most employees are above 35 years of age. Many department processes and policies seem to have been established in the 80s and never updated. The environment is pleasant and peaceful. Good landing spot if you don't want to be pressured to excel. The occasional free tickets to sporting events. Poor pay.
