They do not honor arrangements, and quite heartless (and a little idiotic) about being so dishonorable. A department within the company who's sole job is to communicate, cannot communicate well or chooses not to. One is just being dumb, the other is malicious. While most of their benefits are excellent, just know that not all of them are. It may take years before the raw deal gets exposed. Don't expect them to do the right thing or the kind thing. They are more interested in having the power and upper hand.
