The culture of the co is one in a hugh standar
|
I loved my job because the purpose of it. But the reality is that they don't believe in older personal. If you are older than 40 yrs is going to be hard ti get in. The other hard thing is the training. The people they have in this area is not the most capable one. But if you are in believe me. You are going to be sattusfued of what you are doing everyday. And its very easy and comfortable to work in there. No pressure of quantity ..they want quality.

The job there isn’t hard as long as you are efficient with the microscope. You just have to go in, do your job and go home. The pay aren’t as competitive but there is a lot of overtime.
