Most boring job I've ever had. Not to mention being micromanaged to death by a supervisor who was less than friendly and obviously favored her brother who worked in the cubicle next to me and thought he was my mentor. No real assistance when you asked questions about where to place certain documents. I was often told to put it somewhere and the person telling me that agreed to take the hit if it was wrong, but they never did. Daily emails from manager that said "another error" or "mistake made" but no direction was ever given in person by that manager. Was not a pleasant place to work, although some of the co-workers were nice and friendly.

High Stress Environment but incredible growth opportunities

Working for Arch has been awesome. Yes it is a really high stress type environment but it is also a great place to work while building your resume. The responsibilities of a normal team member are so broad that most employees end up developing 10+ new skills just working alone.
