Disappointing. I take pride in my work and don't feel I had the chance to prove everything I can do to accomplish the desired objectives.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I felt welcome and like they really wanted me there on day 1.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
My manager worked remotely, in a state across the country. I never met her face to face and it was impossible to build a relationship with her or ask a question without scheduling a meeting.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I had an assigned work space but I still felt very alone. My manager (across the country) did nothing to invite me to be part of the team. I had no resource to ask questions without scheduling time to meet with my manager virtually.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was a nervous wreck, never knowing if my work output was meeting expectations.
A typical day consisted of trying to produce output as fast as possible without any time to check my accuracy.

Great colleagues, so-so management
|
Company has a revolving door on senior management, they are desperate to get expenses down and have been cutting headcount for several years. The CSM role requires making endless excuses to clients why their needs can't be met. Projects, product development, support roles are so understaffed that the workload drives good people to quit. The CSM teams are very good but will always be unable to make clients happy.

Fast paced, nice people, limited opportunities
|
The work is interesting, and the customers are enjoyable to work with. The leadership team is mostly supportive if you are doing what they want. When you push back or suggest more ethical approaches, they are not well received And you are left to manage the issues by yourself with no senior leadership intervention. Very much a boys club with favourites who are very well rewarded.

Exiting but crazy

Always lots going on and lots to learn and grow from, but limited work life balance and an always on mentality (day or night) made it difficult. I had great teammates and there were so many hardworking employees.

Good benefits because it’s a big company.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Laid off after only three months, never given much to do, mostly ignored by supervisor until time to pick someone to layoff during companywide 10% RIF
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hiring manager quit before I even started. His replacement mostly ignored me. Ten percent RIF after only three months.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Extremely boring because my supervisor gave me nothing to do.
