Due to the small size of the company ~100 employees we are often encouraged to contribute in impactful ways. A great place to learn and grow your career. Great pay Processes are almost non existent. mild racism and misogyny and not much notice taken by leadership to fix this problem. work load weighing heavy on certain employees. benefits are not great if you don't live in PA.
