There are some people trying to do good things in terms of the product development. Product shows promise and will make a difference in the lives of those who have life threatening disease. Commercial product around the corner. CEO and COO really are pretty genuine and good at communicating company efforts and goals.

Promotions are unfair and biased in my department. Salary is below or at the Low End of the benchmark which makes for disappointing and non-competitive compensation. Leadership in my department shows favoritism and unprofessional work habits. By far, the worst thing is the turnover. The cons mentioned are the main driver and Adaptimmune cannot hire or maintain experienced talent as a result.
