The manufacturing environment is extremely productive and creative. I always felt heard and valued as a member of the team. Interactions across all departments (Quality, Ops and supply chain) were enjoyable and constructive and there was always time for light-heartedness all the while maintaining a professional and very productive atmosphere with quality and patient safety at the heart of work. However, there are strict deadlines daily that they won’t tell you about. If your manager performs poorly it is taken out on the workers below them with no consequences for them. My manager missed 10+ days monthly for an entire year and as a consequence the entire department lost the ability to work from home. I frequently work 50+ hours a week. I would not recommend working there.
