(Beaverton OR, previously Maxim) - This fab totally goes agains ADI's priority of Safety-Quality-Output. They totally go for numbers, not quality or safe. Constant pushing from higher ups & micromanagement is rampant. Some supervisors are really nice, but many of them are can't handle the pressure and pass it on to operators. Supervisors are your boss, not your teammate, will do their job and not stick out for you. You definitely feel like a tool, not a human being with a life here. We're constantly 'reminded' of this and that, and there's a very bad culture of people hustling for numbers and not helping others. Lots of nice folks but it only takes 1 or 2 bad apples. Don't go here if you value peace of mind and camaraderie. 3 extra dollars are certainly not worth it.

I spent more than a decade at this company because the people are great to work with (for the most part), and they were always supportive of my career goals. Compensation was probably not high enough, but the good work environment makes up for it in the long run (for me at least).
