Also, the year-end is way too overwhelming for you to be truly satisifed. Deciding to make such an experienced needed job into a mundane call center job is a bad call on management's part

When I got the job at ADP I was thrilled. They constantly talk about having such a "great company culture." If you hear this, run! They will try to lure you into the role with promises of amazing commission structures, fun office happy hours, and dedicated support but it is sadly a farce. From the lower level sales managers to the DVP of the region, you will get little to no support.
From the front-line sales managers to the regional DVP, don't count on much support. As someone who prides themselves on hard work and competence, I spent a lot of time blaming myself when things didn't go as planned. But the truth is, they set unrealistic sales targets and then blame you when you can't meet them, accusing you of laziness or dishonesty.
And don't get me started on the management style. They drink on the job, make mysoginistic remarks, and throw you under the bus when things go wrong in front of higher-ups. Too many of my colleagues faced harassment, body shaming, and public humiliation from our managers. They seem to think that yelling and making threats is the way to communicate effectively and professionally. Don't bother going to HR or higher executives about this. It's disheartening to see peers receive little to no support when they speak up.
Overall, the job could have been a much better experience with a change in leadership. Despite the challenges, I had hoped to advance within the company, maybe to a different region or role. But the toll on my mental and physical health became too much, ultimately leading me to quit.
