When I started, Adverum was a good place to "get your foot in the door" in the Biotech Space. This is no longer the case.
|
In sum, the expectations are sky high while the pay is very poor. Was told my position was secure through December 2023 only to be laid off the following week along with 38% of the workforce so the company misleads employees as well. Senior Management is seldom if ever on-site and dictates from afar.
