Decent work shifts OK wages and perks Most of the staff are very nice and friendly

Severe lack of training provided, when doing any hands on training your shown and told to do not what is detailed in SOPs, staff consistantly deviating from set procedures and methods as outlined in all SOPs. Not overly busy, you will spend most of the time doing nothing other than cleaning meaning very long boring days/evenings. No drive or initiative by management to put trained skilled and knowledgeable staff doing tasks they are well able and capable for. Very slow at getting people trained up to be flexible in production areas, you'll be waiting at least a year plus before doing anything other than cleaning the place. When overtime is going you can expect to be asked to come in last minute. After a short time you find a lot of the staff are very clickish and wil ignore you most of the time and not really offer help assistance or support when needed.

Overtime is expected without question almost every Thursday, Top heavy with senior staff, QA department extremely difficult to work with, cost saving at the beginning of the project causing difficulties during fills and packing. No room for career progression. Fill line technicians completing operator activities due to staffing issues. Bullying from senior staff.
