The culture and flexibility at Agios is unlike anywhere else I've ever worked. The CEO is fantastic. You can feel the passion from the top down. Agios cares about not only their patients, but also their employees.

The internal management can be very disappointing. A lot of politics, but that's everywhere.

This was an amazing place to work, until they hired new personnel over the past year. Now the work environment is very toxic. There is no work life balance. The company is also making poor financial decisions and struggling to cut corners everywhere. You also have no clear career pathway. It's a disaster.
