While working here the lead was overworked for as many people she had to train at once. The production manager was very unprofessional, rude , dismissive and will work you 12 hr days 5 days a week and 6 hours on Saturday. There is no work life balance and the point system is outdated and unrealistic. The production manager will make you want to snatch bald spots out of her head because of how she treats and talk to people.
