Aimmune Therapeutics No Longer Now Nestle Health Science Far too chaotic to be successful. The Nestle systems and organizations as linked to Aimmune are SO disjointed. You will spend half your time JUST trying to go through loopholes to access your basic job systems like email, PTO recording, expense reports or anything else really. Reporting lines are randomly changed and misassigned. This is what happens when a medical nutrition company tries to run a pharmaceutical company. It's literally fallen apart, or really it has been torn apart by Nestle Health Science due to failure of Palforzia to do well on the market. Makes all the sense for Nestle, none whatsoever for Aimmune Therapeutics, a biotech company (that is once WAS)

Either give your "Pharma Arm" the autonomy to execute and thrive as they did bringing Palforzia to market (and can for any other pharma product) or move away from pharma entirely. It's not fair to the employees, the patients or your pocket.
