They’re no money with them. Pay rate too low. No vacation days, no sick days, no 401k, no paid holidays, will not get a raise from them & etc. No communication, lifting patients over 400 lbs. They don’t care bout you in your condition. Company not good to work with. There no growth in that company. The owner only of the company just go look out for his self

Being closeby to home
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Limited staff during On Call shifts.Very difficult to work with patients all by yourself sometimes.

Loving and Supporting Team members who are always ready to answer any questions or help if needed.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy with Outpatients at regular Hours and squeezing Inpatients in between them which gets tough on Time management skills.

Non productive and toxic place to work
|
It seems like having a warm body in the seats is all that is required to work at Alliance's. The management does not protect against toxic work environments with aggressive co-workers AND DIRECTORS as long as they come to work. The same concerns were heard across the boards. The culture is horrible and has a bad reputation.
