The upper level of management will not allow engineers to do their jobs. Upper level management will dictate to engineers what they want done and will not tolerate disagreement with methods to get the job done correctly. During problem solving meetings Management will dictate to engineers what they want done even if it will not solve the problem being addressed. Management will make decisions that require engineering input without engineering input.
