Great location and flexibility with hybrid work environment. Most people are absolutely wonderful to work with and the science is incredible. You feel like you are actually helping patients. Good option for people seeking a company for longer term if you are patient with the next parts below: Culture was once incredible is now diminishing due to a recent push for profitability which in turn is slowly eating away at the positive work environment because now everyone is motivated to cut as close to the corner as possible. I worked here as a summer intern in the research department and enjoyed my time there. My mentor was easygoing and always willing to help and give guidance on my project. I also met different people in my team, all of whom were broad-minded and intelligent people. I learned a lot during my time as an intern at this company and would recommend anyone else to join (at least in the research and development department). Weekly meetings where you can learn what other departments are doing, Events are often planned, Building is really nice and in a great location, Good work-life balance.
